Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rochester, NH, for a CNC Programmer. The CNC Programmer will create and optimize CNC programs, review technical drawings, and collaborate with the team to produce high-precision machined parts. Daily responsibilities include setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC machines, as well as ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards. This role requires a deep understanding of machining processes and a commitment to delivering exceptional results within project timelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CNC Programming, including writing, modifying, and troubleshooting programs.
- Strong skills in Machining and Milling processes to create precision components efficiently.
- Experience with Technical Drawing and interpreting blueprints for accurate execution.
- Ability to work collaboratively, maintain attention to detail, and solve technical challenges.
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and state-of-the-art machine tools is beneficial.
