X-Ray Technician in Meridian, MS

Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1 years X-Ray experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule

• 5 days on, 5 days off, followed by 2 days on, 2 days off
• Night shift: 7:00pm – 7:00am

Desired Skills And Experience

• ARRT certification (or equivalent qualification) as a Radiologic Technologist
• Proven expertise in performing X-rays and operating imaging equipment
• Strong proficiency with Fuji portable machines and OEC C-arm
• Experience working with Philips and GE imaging technology is a plus
• Comfort providing some surgical imaging coverage
• Ability to independently and confidently run a C-arm
• High attention to detail and a commitment to patient care
• Effective communication for interdisciplinary collaboration

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Manage portable radiography equipment across various clinical settings, including surgical environments
• Collaborate closely with surgeons and medical staff during procedures requiring imaging support
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation according to established guidelines
• Troubleshoot and operate digital imaging systems, adapting to both routine and emergent needs
