Schedule:
- Weekdays: 9:00am–5:30pm, with every Thursday off
- Rotating weekends: 7:00am–3:30pm (every other weekend)
- Orientation available every Monday
- Required holiday coverage and possible overtime as staffing needs arise
- Potential to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, or overnights as required
- 30-minute break is mandatory during shifts
Qualifications:
- ARRT certification (or eligibility) in Radiography
- State licensure to practice as a Radiology Technologist
- Proficiency in diagnostic radiology, fluoroscopy, and operative imaging procedures
- Previous experience in a hospital or acute care setting is strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to different schedules and respond effectively during high-volume periods
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality diagnostic radiology procedures, including fluoroscopy and OR imaging
- Ensure proper patient identification and safety throughout all examinations
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and surgical teams as needed
- Adhere to infection control, quality assurance, and safety policies at all times
- Accurately document findings and patient records in accordance with hospital protocols
- Maintain equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, and report malfunctions promptly
