What You Will Bring
- Certification by ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) or equivalent
- Proficiency in General Ultrasound techniques (abdomen, OB/GYN, small parts, vascular)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a hospital or similar setting preferred
- Ability to maintain high standards of patient care and confidentiality
- Current BLS certification
- Conduct general ultrasound exams, ensuring clear image acquisition and accurate documentation
- Prepare and position patients, providing explanations and reassurance throughout the procedure
- Assist radiologists and physicians with diagnostic procedures and compile findings
- Maintain ultrasound equipment and ensure a safe, sterile environment
- Accurately complete required paperwork and manage patient records
