School-Based SLP | Middletown, Delaware

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Exciting opportunities are available for Speech-Language Pathologists seeking meaningful contract assignments in a dynamic school setting. Available Assignments

• 2 full-time SLPs for elementary settings, working with 1st-5th grade caseloads from August 25, 2026, to November 13, 2026. Virtual candidates are welcome to apply.
• 1 full-time SLP serving both middle and high school buildings (6th-12th grade), November 6, 2026, through February 17, 2027; virtual candidates are considered. This contract may conveniently follow one of the elementary SLP placements.
• 1 full-time preschool SLP, working with children ages 3-4 years, August 25, 2026, to October 16, 2026; in-person applicants only.
• 1 full-time Kindergarten SLP focused on an Autism caseload, August 25, 2026, through November 13, 2026; in-person applicants only.
  
  

Desired Qualifications And Experience

• Current license to practice as an SLP and state certification (or eligibility for certification)
• Background in pediatric speech-language pathology within school settings
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices
• Flexibility to adapt to both in-person and virtual service delivery (where applicable)
