Skills & Experience Required
- Current and unencumbered RN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Telemetry nursing (RN-Tele)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong assessment, cardiac monitoring, and patient care coordination skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Adaptable to fast-paced and changing environments
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms for telemetry patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately
- Educate patients and families about cardiac conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care
