Schedule/Hours
- Travel assignment, flexible scheduling
- Deliver exemplary nursing care with a focus on post-acute, progressive, and stepdown-level patients
- Collaborate with physicians and other care providers to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes
- Accurately document all aspects of care and respond swiftly to changing patient conditions
- Adhere to evidence-based protocols and contribute to a culture of safety
- Support and educate patients and their families throughout the recovery process
- Current RN license, valid in North Carolina or compact states
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a Stepdown or PCU setting
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Experience with advanced medical technology preferred
