Schedule & Shift Information
- Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00 – 07:30
- Every other weekend required
- Typical schedule is 36/48 hours bi-weekly
- Blocked scheduling isn’t available
- Floating within scope of practice as needed
- Active RN license (WV or Compact)
- Minimum 2 years current experience in TELE, PCU, or Stepdown
- AHA BLS & ACLS certified, plus NIHSS
- Proficient with Meditech EMR
- Willingness to float as required
- Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility
- Valid driver’s license
- Deliver safe, compassionate care to Stepdown/PCU patients
- Monitor and rapidly respond to changes in patient conditions
- Accurately document using Meditech EMR
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly
- Flexible to float assignments within license and competency level
