Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications & Experience:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Stepdown/Progressive Care or related acute care experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care and ongoing assessments for adult patients requiring intermediate monitoring
- Monitor vital signs, recognize early signs of complications, and intervene appropriately
- Administer medications, infusions, and other prescribed treatments
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other health professionals to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on treatment, recovery, and discharge plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
