Key Qualifications:
- 2 years of surgical technology experience
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
- Nursing – ORT skills and knowledge
- Adaptable to shifting priorities and schedules
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures
- Pull, review, and organize instruments and supplies
- Troubleshoot and coordinate equipment repairs or adjustments
- Anticipate and assist surgeon’s needs before and during surgery
- Maintain readiness and competency for all specialties
