Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility to obtain
- State licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP in California
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred, including IEP and AAC familiarity
- New graduates (CFY) and SLPAs with relevant training are encouraged to apply
- Teletherapy experience is an asset
- Conduct thorough communication and swallowing evaluations
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based therapy across speech, language, and cognition
- Adjust interventions according to student progress
- Collaborate with families, educators, and health professionals to promote student success
