What We’re Looking For
- Hold a valid SLP certification (State of CT preferred or eligible)
- Experience working with preschoolers and early childhood populations
- Familiarity with school-based therapy protocols and documentation
- Ability to perform Birth to Three evaluations (training/support available)
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
- Full school day schedule: 8:30/9 am – 3:00/3:30 pm
- Monday through Friday, approximately 30 hours per week
- Manage a caseload of up to 20 preschoolers; conduct early intervention evaluations as needed
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in a supportive team environment
