Key Qualifications
- Valid SLP certification with 2 years of California school experience required
- Minimum of 1 year experience with Special Education Information System (SEIS)
- Experience supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and facilitators preferred
- Ability to manage high caseloads and multiple referrals effectively
- Candidates completing Clinical Fellowship (CFs) will be considered; SLPAs not eligible
- Bilingual skills are a plus to support diverse student needs
- Position based onsite in Madera, CA
- Full-time schedule averaging 37.5 hours per week
- Single full-time opening at an elementary school with a caseload of 60-65 students, approximately 25-30 speech-only students
- Likely SLPA support available to assist with caseload
- Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services to children in educational settings following district and state guidelines
- Supervise and collaborate with support staff and facilitators as applicable
- Maintain accurate records and data entry using SEIS
- Coordinate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to promote student success
