Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP license for the state of Ohio (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior experience in school settings preferred, but open to passionate new graduates
- Strong communication, assessment, and organizational abilities
- Adaptability and collaborative mindset
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions based on each child’s needs
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports
- Engage regularly with families, staff, and relevant stakeholders
