Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students presenting with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals
- Lead therapy sessions that address articulation, language development, fluency, and other communication challenges
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of progress and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate effectively with educators, specialists, and families to ensure holistic support
- Engage families by providing education and strategies to reinforce therapy goals at home
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Active license approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology in California
