Qualifications
- SLP or CFY; eligible for Delaware licensure
- Background in schools, including SLP-CCC, Autism Specialist, or SLP-CFY
- Experience with moderate to severe disabilities (ages 2–22) is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, flexible approach
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy, addressing assistive technology, AAC, social language, articulation, voice, oral-motor, and feeding needs
- Conduct diagnostic and evaluation testing and produce insightful reports
- Develop and update IEP objectives for individual students
- Effectively collaborate with parents and school teams to track and support student progress
- Full-time position at 37.5 hours per week
