Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment data.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education program (IEP) development.
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse cultural and communication needs.
- Travel to various school sites as required while ensuring consistent delivery of services.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (SLP CCC) preferred.
- Experience providing speech therapy services to school-aged children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage caseload efficiently while maintaining quality care.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel between school locations.
