Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans addressing individual communication goals
- Provide therapy sessions targeting speech and language enhancement
- Monitor and document student progress with accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including educators, healthcare professionals, and families
- Engage and educate families to support therapy and communication strategies at home
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations strongly desired
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology required
