Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN licensure in Massachusetts (or compact state)
- Prior experience in school, pediatric, or one-on-one care preferred
- Skilled in suctioning procedures and comfortable with transportation-related nursing
- Compassion, flexibility, and strong communication skills
- Deliver dedicated 1:1 care for a 20-year-old student, including potential suctioning
- Accompany and support student during transportation to and from school in Concord
- Ensure student safety, comfort, and well-being for approximately 3.5–4 hours per day
- Communicate effectively with school staff, caregivers, and clinical teams
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
