Travel School Psychologist in Walled Lake, MI

A full-time opportunity is available for a School Psychologist to support both elementary and high school students in a travel position based in Walled Lake, MI. This role involves working with diverse student populations to assess, plan, and implement interventions that foster academic and behavioral success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students at the elementary and high school levels
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention support as needed
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly
• Maintain detailed records in compliance with regulations and best practices

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience with elementary and high school populations preferred
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, behavioral interventions, and special education laws
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
