A specialized opportunity is available for a School Psychologist to support student development and well-being in educational settings. This role focuses on applying psychological expertise to assess and address students' academic, social, and emotional needs within schools.

Location: Bangor, ME (with travel requirements to multiple school settings)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group psychological assessments to identify learning, behavioral, and emotional challenges.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement intervention plans.
  • Provide counseling and support services to students dealing with complex social and emotional issues.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to contribute psychological insights and recommendations.
  • Offer crisis intervention and assist in designing school-wide programs aimed at improving student mental health.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports summarizing evaluation findings and intervention outcomes.
