Key Qualifications
- Master's degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license in Maine, or eligibility to obtain licensure
- CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
- Experience with K-6 populations preferred, but new graduates welcome
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Provide on-site speech and language therapy to a caseload of 8–10 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, administration, and families to maximize student progress
- Document interventions and track student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive school environment
