Key Qualifications

  • Master's degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP license in Maine, or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
  • Experience with K-6 populations preferred, but new graduates welcome
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site speech and language therapy to a caseload of 8–10 students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, administration, and families to maximize student progress
  • Document interventions and track student outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive school environment
