Schedule/Hours
- 7:00 pm to 7:00 am
- 36 hours guaranteed weekly
- 4 weekend shifts within 4 weeks
- No call or float requirements
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years of recent RN-ER experience
- Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC
- Trauma and pediatric experience preferred
- Strong teamwork, a resilient attitude, and excellent communication skills
- Deliver high-quality care to a range of patients: trauma, STEMI, psych, cardiac, GI, stroke, and more
- Manage patient loads based on acuity: 4:1 pod patients, 2:1 critical, 6:1 fast track
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to evolving clinical situations
- Utilize Cerner EHR to document patient care efficiently
