Schedule/Hours
- 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM shifts
- Every other weekend required
- Holiday rotation (every other holiday)
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience
- Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills
- BLS certification (required), ACLS preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to diverse medical-surgical patients
- Perform effective patient assessments, administer medications, and monitor vital signs
- Coordinate care with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and support staff
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
- Accurately document all care activities and patient responses
