Schedule/Hours
- Flexible travel assignment
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse adult populations in telemetry and medical-surgical settings
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and administer necessary interventions promptly
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to enhance patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Deliver patient education and emotional support to patients and families
- Prioritize safety, infection control, and adherence to best practices at all times
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina or compact state eligibility
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Med Surg and Telemetry nursing
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills
