Qualifications

• Valid RN license in North Carolina or compact state eligibility
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in any of the following:
• Nursing – Telemetry
• Med Surg
• Tele
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and patient advocacy skills
  

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care in Telemetry and Med Surg units
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and report changes promptly
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and assess patient progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care planning
• Document thoroughly to meet compliance standards
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care
