- Minimum one year recent experience in Telemetry/Stepdown setting
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred)
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Previous travel nursing experience a plus, but not required
- Provide direct care to Telemetry/Stepdown patients, monitoring cardiac rhythms and rapidly responding to clinical changes
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and update care plans
- Administer medications, manage IVs, and carry out physician orders efficiently
- Educate patients and families on conditions, interventions, and home care instructions
- Accurately document patient status, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
