Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 1-2 years recent Operating Room experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (current and valid)
- Strong knowledge of surgical asepsis and patient safety
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments
- Prior travel nursing experience is a plus, but not required
- Assist surgical team by circulating and scrubbing as required
- Monitor patient status and advocate for patient safety throughout procedures
- Prepare instruments, equipment, and supplies for each surgical case
- Document nursing care accurately and promptly
- Communicate effectively with physicians, anesthesia teams, and other support staff
- Support postoperative care and transfer
