Key Qualifications
- Active RN license, eligible to practice in Oregon
- At least 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills
- Adaptability and a positive, collaborative attitude
- Circulating and/or scrubbing roles in the OR to support surgical procedures
- Maintaining strict adherence to aseptic techniques and surgical protocols
- Assisting surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists as needed
- Monitoring patient safety and condition before, during, and after procedures
- Accurate documentation and clear communication with the perioperative team
