Responsibilities
- Assist with perioperative care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR), encompassing patient assessment, preparation, and post-operative monitoring
- Scrub and circulate during complex cardiovascular procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams for seamless patient care
- Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and patient safety protocols
- Document procedures and patient responses accurately
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 2 years recent CVOR nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency in scrubbing and circulating cardiovascular cases
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
