Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate, safe radiation therapy according to medical protocols and physician directives.
- Operate advanced treatment machinery and imaging equipment.
- Educate and support patients and their families throughout treatment.
- Monitor patient responses, adjust plans as necessary, and maintain detailed documentation.
- Work closely with radiation oncologists, nurses, and dosimetrists to ensure optimal patient care.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, privacy, and quality assurance.
- Valid ARRT (T) certification and current state licensure.
- Prior experience as a practicing Radiation Therapist (travel experience appreciated but not required).
- Proficient with linear accelerators and treatment planning systems.
