Schedule
- 13-week assignment, 36 hours/week
- 12-hour shifts: Days (7a-7p), Nights (7p-7a), and flexible shorter shifts (options include 7a-3p, 3p-7p, more)
- Every other weekend, self-scheduling
- Active RN license
- Minimum 1 year RN experience (PCU & Oncology preferred)
- CHEMO certification (ONS/ONCC)
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Willing to float to MedSurg/PCU units as needed
- Driver’s license for 50-mile radius check; not active with any CommonSpirit affiliate
- Strong teamwork, adaptability, and a genuine spirit of patient care
- Care for adult oncology and trauma patients: administer drips (cardizem, insulin), chemotherapy, and complex meds
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds with RNs, PT/OT, social work, and more
- Charting in EPIC EMR; commit to detailed hourly rounding and patient experience
- Train in real-time on ventilators, hemodynamics (CVP, Aline, Swan, EV-1000), and specialty lifts
