TRAVEL RADIATION THERAPIST – WATERTOWN, NY
Soliant is seeking an experienced Radiation Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Watertown, New York. This opportunity is within an oncology department and is a great fit for a Radiation Therapist with at least one year of experience who is comfortable working with Varian radiation therapy systems and ARIA software.
Pay for this assignment is $2,684–$3,004 per week, including up to $1,484 in untaxed travel stipends.
A New York license must be in hand prior to starting the assignment.
ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:

- 100-mile radius rule applies
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide radiation therapy treatments to oncology patients according to established treatment plans and department protocols.
- Operate radiation therapy equipment safely and accurately, including Varian TrueBeam and IX systems.
- Utilize ARIA software as part of daily treatment and documentation workflows.
- Maintain a high standard of patient care while collaborating with the oncology team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- New York Radiation Therapist license in hand required.
- Minimum 1 year of radiation therapy experience required.
- Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
- ARRT registration required.
- Current BLS/BCLS certification required.
- Varian TrueBeam and/or IX experience preferred.
- Specific experience and training in radiology preferred.
- Knowledge of general anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Must maintain all registries and licenses required by state and federal law.
- Travel experience is preferred, but first-time travelers are accepted.
