Schedule & Hours
- Nights: 7p–7a (no block schedule)
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Every other weekend required
- No on-call shifts
- Active RN license with at least 1 year of nursing experience
- BLS certification required
- Behavioral health experience preferred, but not mandatory
- Willingness to work with both adults and pediatric patients across various units
- Minimum of an associate degree in nursing
- Flexible to float between adult, geriatric, and pediatric units
- Deliver comprehensive psychiatric nursing care for diverse populations
- Monitor, assess, and document patient progress using Cerner EHR
- Collaborate with a supportive team and work under shift supervisors
- Maintain safety and promote therapeutic environments across units
