Qualifications/Desired Experience
- Current, active RN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room experience
- CPR/BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
- Familiarity with modern OR equipment and safety protocols
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to surgical patients throughout pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
- Maintain aseptic technique and ensure patient safety during surgical procedures
