Position Overview
- Role: Neonatal Registered Nurse
- Department: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Openings: 6
- Full-Time Equivalent (FTE): 0.9 or 1.2
- Location: Minneapolis, St. Paul, Coon Rapids
- Assignment Length: 8 weeks
- Shifts: 12-hour shifts, nights or days
- Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend
- Job Type: Travel Assignment
- Active RN license with Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) or Neonatal/Perinatal nursing experience
- Strong clinical skills in caring for newborns with complex medical conditions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility and adaptability in high-stress, fast-paced environments
- Provide skilled nursing care to neonates in intensive care settings
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and support respiratory care
- Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and families to develop and implement care plans
- Assist in family education and emotional support during hospitalization
