Schedule/Hours
- Assignments are typically full-time, with flexible scheduling options based on facility needs.
- Active RN license (unencumbered, with NJ eligibility)
- At least one year of recent Med-Surg (Medical-Surgical) experience
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN)
- BLS certification (required)
- Adaptable, strong communicator, and team-oriented
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care in a Medical-Surgical setting
- Monitor and assess patient conditions; document care accurately and promptly
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient plans
- Educate patients and families on treatment, procedures, and ongoing care
