Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality imaging procedures and assist with interventional radiology cases
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure patient safety and procedural success
- Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment according to safety and quality standards
- Accurately document procedures and patient data within electronic medical records
- Deliver compassionate patient care, explaining procedures and addressing concerns
- Current IR Tech credentials (ARRT, state licensure as applicable)
- Proven experience in a fast-paced radiology or interventional suite
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of imaging protocols
- Excellent communication and patient care abilities
- Ability to adapt to diverse clinical settings and pivot between tasks efficiently
