Our Soliant pharmacy team has exciting opportunities for Travel Director of Pharmacy roles supporting hospitals and health-systems in smaller communities that could benefit from your experience.

This role allows you to provide strategic oversight and leadership at 25 to 100 bed facilities, making a meaningful impact on patient care and pharmacy staff.

Position Overview

• Location:Communities throughout California
• Facility: 25 to 100-bed hospital
• Start Date:Within 2-3 weeks
• Duration:13 weeks (potential for extension)
• Schedule:Monday Friday, day shifts (some flexibility needed)
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all pharmacy operations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies
• Optimize pharmacy workflow for efficiency and patient safety
• Participate in hospital committees and collaborate on initiatives
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• Active California Pharmacist License
• 2 years of Inpatient Pharmacy Director, Assistant Pharmacy Director or Clinical/Pharmacy Operations Manager
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance

Compensation for travel pharmacy leadership positions range from $75.00 to $120.00/hour (DOE).
