Schedule/Hours
- Travel assignment; flexible scheduling available
- Current and valid CVOR Tech certification (or eligibility)
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a cardiovascular operating room setting
- Proficiency with cardiac and vascular surgical instrumentation and sterile technique
- BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking abilities
- Prepare, organize, and maintain sterile supplies during cardiovascular procedures
- Assist the surgical team in complex heart and vascular surgeries
- Operate and troubleshoot advanced operating room equipment specific to cardiovascular care
- Document surgical activities and maintain compliance with facility protocols
- Ensure adherence to the highest standards of patient safety and infection control
- Communicate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other interdisciplinary staff
