- Active RN license (unencumbered, in good standing)
- Minimum of 2 years’ current experience in a CVOR setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong knowledge of cardiac surgery procedures and sterile technique
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Circulate and/or scrub for cardiovascular and thoracic surgical procedures
- Monitor and assess patient conditions before, during, and after procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs for optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and patient safety standards
- Document care accurately and promptly in the electronic health record
