Schedule
- 07:00 AM – 05:30 PM
- Monday through Friday
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Includes on-call coverage during nights, weekends, and select holidays
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in cardiac and vascular surgical procedures
- Proficiency in both open and endovascular cardiac cases
- Ability to float as needed to the Main Operating Room
- Familiarity with Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacements (TAVRs)
- Experience assisting with Lead Extractions
- Prepare CVOR suites and maintain sterile environments to ensure patient safety
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff
- Operate and troubleshoot specialized surgical equipment
- Support procedures for a range of high-acuity cardiovascular cases
- Demonstrate expertise during both scheduled and emergency surgeries
- Maintain meticulous records of instruments and supplies
