- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience, preferably in a cath lab
- Active RN license
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong assessment, planning, and communication skills
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical, psychosocial, cultural, and developmental factors
- Collaborate with families and health teams to formulate and implement dynamic care plans
- Monitor diagnostics, report abnormalities, and facilitate timely interventions
- Plan and support safe patient discharges
