Telehealth Speech Therapy - MD

A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in both in-person and teletherapy services within a K-12 school setting. The role involves delivering comprehensive speech-language support to students across various grade levels, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet individual needs.

Responsibilities Include

• Conducting speech-language evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Providing direct therapy services both in the school environment and via telehealth platforms.
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
• Participating in meetings and contributing to multi-disciplinary team discussions.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications And Experience

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience providing services in both traditional school settings and through teletherapy.
• Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders in the pediatric population.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and school staff.
• Ability to manage caseload efficiently while adapting to the unique demands of virtual and face-to-face therapy delivery.
