- Conducting speech-language evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Providing direct therapy services both in the school environment and via telehealth platforms.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Participating in meetings and contributing to multi-disciplinary team discussions.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience providing services in both traditional school settings and through teletherapy.
- Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders in the pediatric population.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and school staff.
- Ability to manage caseload efficiently while adapting to the unique demands of virtual and face-to-face therapy delivery.
