Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2 years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Required Schedule/Hours:
- Rotational shifts
- Full-time contract agreement
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Experience as a Surgical Technologist (Certified or Non-certified) or Operating Room Technician (ORT)
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program, or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of aseptic technique and surgical instrumentation
- Ability to function independently and within a multidisciplinary surgical team
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
- Prior experience in a hospital surgical setting preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures, ensuring necessary instruments and equipment are sterile and ready
- Assist surgical team during operations by passing instruments and providing needed materials
- Care for and maintain surgical equipment and instruments before, during, and after procedures
- Adhere to safety protocols, infection prevention practices, and all facility policies
- Support patient care activities, including positioning and transporting surgical patients
- Communicate with physicians, nurses, and other OR team members to ensure seamless procedures
