Stepdown Registered Nurse - Antioch, Tennessee

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive post-catheterization care, including management of TR band and advanced pulmonary treatments
• Perform medication titration according to patient needs
• Use GE monitors, Nova glucometers, and Pyxis medication dispensing systems effectively
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech electronic health records
• Follow unit policies including AIDET communication and medication teaching to enhance patient experience
• Collaborate in floating rotations with full-time staff and fellow travelers
  
  

Qualifications

• Current RN license with Stepdown unit experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proven skills with TR band care and advanced pulmonary treatments
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work every other weekend
