Staff Pharmacist - Worthington, Minnesota

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1 years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is seeking a licensed pharmacist to provide pharmacy services primarily at a retail location, with occasional work at a nearby site about 30 minutes away. The position is on a contract basis through the end of March 2026, offering a chance to apply your retail pharmacy expertise in a dynamic environment.

Location:

• Worthington, MN, with some shifts at Windom, MN
  
  

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Specific schedule provided by the client
  
  

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in a retail pharmacy setting
• Counsel patients on proper medication use and potential side effects
• Manage pharmacy inventory and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Provide exceptional customer service and support pharmacy staff as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Active and clear Minnesota Pharmacist License
• Minimum of 1 year recent retail pharmacy experience
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
