Two travel pharmacist opportunities are available on the California Central Coast. These contract positions offer dynamic roles supporting inpatient pharmacy operations with a reputable healthcare facility. Location: Templeton, CA

Schedule

• Position 1: Day shifts, four 10-hour days per week (7:00 AM 5:30 PM)
• Position 2: Night shifts, 7 days on / 7 days off (9:00 PM 7:30 AM)
  
  

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Responsibilities

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure workflow and safety
• Collaborate and consult with physicians and nursing staff on medication management
• Provide pharmacokinetics expertise to optimize patient treatment
• Utilize IT systems such as Cerner and Omnicell for pharmacy operations
  
  

Qualifications

• Current California pharmacist license required
• Minimum of 1 year inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team
