Staff Pharmacist - Cherry Hill, NJ

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1 years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A direct hire opportunity is available for a skilled Staff Pharmacist to work in a closed-door long-term care (LTC) facility. This role offers a consistent day shift schedule with an engaging workload in a setting focused on comprehensive patient medication management.

Shift And Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Rotating every 3rd weekend
• Weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Commitment to a minimum of one summer holiday and one winter holiday
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and final medication reviews using the Frameworks software system (training provided)
• Oversee and support pharmacy technicians in daily operations
• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently to meet patient needs
• Manage a high-volume workload, approximately 600 prescriptions per day, ensuring safety and compliance
  
  

Qualifications And Desired Experience

• Active and clear New Jersey Pharmacist license
• Proven pharmacy experience, preferably in a high-volume or LTC environment
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy
• Comfortable learning and utilizing pharmacy software systems such as Frameworks
