Responsibilities Include
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students needs
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students progress
- Documenting and tracking student progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with school policies
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and providing expertise on communication disorders
- Staying current with best practices and state regulations related to speech-language pathology in schools
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP in Minnesota
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association preferred
- Experience working in school settings with children of various ages and abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and staff
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain detailed records
